Charles Stefanini, Principal, has two decades of government relations and public affairs experience. As an independent consultant, he advises a broad range of business and advocacy clients on legislative affairs and strategic campaigns involving the Massachusetts state government. Mr. Stefanini provides planning and counseling services for issues-based campaigns as well as lobbying in front of the state legislature and executive branch. He also advised state and local political candidates, coordinating field and voting efforts at the local and national levels.
Mr. Stefanini earned a Bachelor degree in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Northeastern University. He is a former Board of Directors member of the Loring Arena Legacy Foundation and currently an active coach for youth sports.

Attorney Martin G. Corry, Of-counsel, specializes in regulatory and legislative issues for “blue chip” entities in Massachusetts. For more than 30 years, he has played a key role in Health Care Finance Reform, Public Safety, Banking, Insurance, Financial Services and Public Utility legislation. Due to the diverse nature of his clients, Mr. Corry has established a strong relationship with legislators that results in quick and informative responses for his clients.

Dominique Ann Demar, Government Relations Senior Associate, has implemented several successful public policy campaign initiatives for the practice based on her government relations and public affairs experience. She supports the preparation, grassroots lobbying and legislator outreach for a variety of campaigns. Previously, Ms. Demar worked with the Fund for the Public Interest and Action for Boston Community Development.
